Zach Storm was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He received his BFA from the Corcoran College of Art+Design in Washington, DC in 2005 and earned his MFA at the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2012. Storm's artwork has been exhibited in galleries throughout the United States, Europe and Japan. Solo exhibitions include AALA Gallery, Los Angeles, SSS LA, Los Angeles and Johannes Vogt, New York.

Selected group exhibitions include Dalton Warehouse, (LA), Infinity Room, (LA), Vogt Gallery, (NY), Transformer Gallery, Washington, D.C.,Corcoran Gallery of Art, Washington, D.C., Artisphere, Arlington, (VA), Sara Meltzer Gallery, Manhattan, (NY), Judi Rotenberg Gallery, Boston, (MA), The Former Ace Gallery, New York, (NY), Abiko, Japan; Blank Projects, Cape Town, South Africa; Deutscher Kuenstlerbund, Berlin, Germany; The Cell Project Space, London, England and Westergasfabriek in Amsterdam, Netherlands, amongst others.

Coming from a family of west coast engineers and car enthusiasts, Storm's work is heavily influenced by surface detail, objects of desire and spatial illusion.

Storm lives and works in Los Angeles and will have a forthcoming solo exhibition at ODD ARK•LA in 2021
